You have the right to return the products you have purchased, without being obliged to inform us of the reason why you wish to return the products, within 7 days from the date you receive the products.
Returns are accepted if the product has not been used, is in its original packaging and is accompanied by the manufacturer's label, as well as the retail receipt or invoice. The parcel must be packaged to prevent damage to the product or packaging during transport.
No returns are accepted for underwear and swimwear (briefs) for hygiene reasons. In cases of "special prints on an item" no exchange or return can be made.

To avoid your own inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of delivery of your order, the condition of the products sold and the intactness of their packaging, in order to detect any obvious defects (e.g. broken goods).
In case of returning the products and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way the return will be carried out, your refund will be completed within 7-10 working days from the date we receive the products.
In the case of return of the products, the amount of money relating to the value of the goods is refunded and not possible transport costs, replacement costs or bank charges.
The shipping costs for the return of the products are borne by the customer and are 4,80€.
